  • 8:00 PM – Welcome Cava and Appetizers: The evening begins in the hotel lobby with cava and appetizers, accompanied by live saxophone music.
  • 9:00 PM – Gala Dinner: Enjoy a special New Year’s Eve menu in our elegantly decorated Banquet Hall, with live music throughout the evening.
  • 11:30 PM – Preparing for the Grapes: Distribution of the traditional 12 lucky grapes and a toast of appreciation to all our guests.
  • 12:00 AM – Countdown and Toast: We welcome 2026 with the traditional countdown, the 12 lucky grapes, and a festive cava toast.
  • 12:15 AM – New Year’s Dance and Open Bar: The celebration continues with our DJ and an open bar, creating the perfect atmosphere to dance and toast late into the night.
  • 1:30 AM – Midnight Snack: Recharge your energy with a selection of mini bites and traditional sweets.
  • 2:00 AM – When the DJ Finally Gives In: But don’t worry — those still in the mood to celebrate are welcome to stay and keep the party going.
