Cancellation policy

Booking conditions:

Flexible rate:

The first option is the flexible rate, which is refundable and has a flexible cancellation policy. This rate allows free cancellation and modifications up to 48 hours before check-in. The credit card is taken as a guarantee, except in case of no show, the first night is charged. This is a low season procedure.

Non-refundable rate (TFNR):

On the other hand, the non-refundable rate (TFNR), in high season, offers an attractive 10% discount on the flexible rate, although it does not allow cancellations. When the client makes the reservation, he/she is charged for the first night and then the rest of the reservation can be cancelled and modified free of charge up to 3 weeks before check-in. In case of cancellation, a penalty of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. It is important to take this condition into account when selecting this option.

Extended stays:

For extended stays, we offer a special rate with a 5% discount during low season, applicable to stays of more than 3 nights. In high season, the 5% discount will apply to stays of more than 5 nights.

Early booking:

Also, for guests wishing to book in advance, we offer a 5% discount if you book more than 2 months in advance.

Group bookings:

In the case of group bookings of rooms only during the high season, a maximum of 10 rooms per booking is allowed. The cancellation policy for this type of booking allows reimbursement up to 15 days before the arrival date.

For groups including rooms and banqueting services, the cancellation policy allows for a refund up to 3 weeks prior to arrival date. We thank you for your attention to these conditions and are at your disposal for any further enquiries.
